Most for sale-by-owners fail to sell their own property and if they do it is often for a lot less than a Realtor would have net them in the end. ' Looky-loos' (what you often get as a for sale by owner seller) avoid Realtors because they know agents will not want to waste time with them if they are not ready to buy now!

Buyers looking at a for-sale-by-owner are looking for one thing only... a great deal! Why else would they bother on their own if agents have all the best properties and a greater selection of them??
